New eHarmony Free Communication Weekend For July 4 Weekend

(Online Dating Magazine - July 2, 2010) For the fourth of July weekend, eHarmony is allowing all members to communicate for free. It is part of the service's free communication weekend events that occur about 10 times a year.

From July 2 through Monday, July 5, those that are signed up for eHarmony will be allowed to use services that only paid members can normally use. This includes the ability to communicate with others via eHarmony's communication process.

eHarmony conducts the free communication events in order to introduce people to the service in hopes that they'll become a paid member after experiencing the paid portion of the service at no cost.

While most paid services will be free during the weekend, there are a few that won't, like the ability to see a picture of the person you are communicating with. This is one of the biggest complaints about the free communication weekend.
