Chemistry.com Free Communication Weekend Begins
(October 14, 2011) Online relationship service, Chemistry.com, is offering a free communication weekend event, which started today and goes through Sunday, October 16. From today through Sunday, all users of Chemistry.com will be able to communicate with each other for free. This includes new users that sign up over the weekend. The promotion is designed to show off the features of the service while recruiting new members to build its userbase.
Chemistry.com is owned by Match.com. It was designed to compete with eHarmony.com, the largest relationship service online. The difference between a relationship service and online dating service is that relationship services create matches for you after you fill out an in-depth profile. They are designed to foster more long-term relationships. General online dating services let you choose whoever you want, usually good for casual dating and getting to know a greater number of matches better.
