Review
The number one thing going for Yahoo!
Personals are the number
of singles in my area. I live in a small town and
there are hundreds of females who are listed in Yahoo!
Personals (compared to a dozen or so on LavaLife).
I have been
an on-off member, both paying and non-paying on
yahoo for around a year. I have gone on five dates
and out
of these five dates, two have moved-on to be more
ongoing relationships. Besides the amount of singles
on Yahoo!
Personals,
you can send Icebreakers for free and you can see
if there is ANY chemistry because you can view
their uploaded photos.
The price is high for full membership
as far as I am concerned, and at one time, you
could
reply to emails without having to be a full member,
but this has changed. And like eHarmony,
both have to have a paying account to email back
and forth.
The
good thing (unlike American
Singles) is that you
can send your email through Yahoo!
Personals and they can read
the
email without having to pay anything.
