The site itself isn't too bad but the price tag will give you stickershock. They also seem to have something against speaking to people in person for customer service. The people I did meet seemed no different than other sites - except that most seemed to expect an instant committed relationship after 2-3 'dates'.
The big kicker for me, and the reason I will NEVER subscribe again - eHarmony.com sells your info to M2 Mediagroup, a magazine subscription service. You get 'free' subscriptions (no wonder eHarmony.com is so expensive) without notice and when you try to contact M2 Mediagroup, they're only available by email. I'm still wondering who else has my information now.
