Review
The biggest complaint I have against eHarmony.com is its policy of automatically renewing my subscription without letting me know beforehand that they will be doing so.  Once renewed, I have no choice but to continue with the three months of service.

Except for this last time of renewal, I would usually get a request for communication about a week or so before my subscription expired. 

My match and I would get all the way to open communication, then I would have to renew my subscription in order to continue communicating.  Lo and behold, once I renewed, my match would either stop communication or close the match.  Sometimes it felt like this was a trick on eHarmony's part in order to get me to renew.

Anyway, there are other online dating services.  They all have their quirks, eHarmony is no exception.  Just because they are expensive doesn't mean they are the best.
