I decided to give these guys a second try after using them about two years ago. They have really gone down hill. I got tons of matches; almost 90 in 2 weeks. However, very few of the women were interesing and the ones that were either never communicated or they closed me before even talking. I didn't understand this because my profile was well written, my picture good, and I get around 5-6 emails and flirts a DAY on another dating website.

Another thing I noticed was the lack of variety. All the women were white from 30-43 years old. I got only a few non-white matches - which seemed odd to me, because of the area I live in. Also, I didn't get any matches under 29, although I specified 25-37 as my age range.

So I called to cancel. I had already called earlier, and they gave me another 7 free days - so it was the 14th day of my subscription. I explained my situation to the customer service representative, and I explained that I had much better luck with the service two years ago. Then the guy told me that I couldn't cancel and get a refund because I had used the service two years ago! Anyway, he wouldn't budge, so I took it up with my credit card company to get a refund. This kind of "strong-arm" tactic from them really caught me off guard. I would never, ever use this Website - they mis-represent themselves, their customer service is bad, and their matching system doesn't return the matches you want.
