eHarmony should be on the negative scale, I agree.
This is probably the worst online dating services
I've ever used. I got two matches right after I signed
up. One of them is pretty similar to my idea, the
other one is just miles away. I don't know how their
science works but it seems a bit flaky.
So, I started "communication" with one of
the matches, of course eHarmony asked me for money
right there. Alright, signed up for one-year-membership,
with 7 days of trial. Nothing happened for 7 days.
Fine, I'll pay, NOTHING HAPPENED for a month! I decided
to cancel my membership right after I got my first
credit card statement, $86!! Absolutely NOT worth it.
I cancelled online and asked them to send me a confirmation
via email. The next month, I got another credit card
statement of $86! This is just too painful... I just
wanted to cancel my membership, is it so hard to do?!
Overall, this whole eHarmony thing sucks. What a waste
of money, and nothing happened. At least with LavaLife or Yahoo personal I got to see people's face...
