Letter to the Editor:
Single Women Looking for a Good Man

This is in response to Five Years and Not Even A Date:

I can definitely see this guy can't get a date if he refers to women in general who like to cuddle as "mindless sleep-a-rounds".  There are plenty of us real single women out here looking for a good man via online.  We're not all expecting a man who makes over $50,000 annually, who is 6 foot tall, athletic, etc... 

However, a lot of us expect the men to make the first move through e-mail or a "flirt" through the site.  If he doesn't have the "balls" to make the first move, that's his issue.  It's not wonder he hasn't had any luck with online sites.

I have a strong faith in God and I think he needs to take a step back and get a clue as to what we women are looking for in a man and then get a life.  We don't like jerks who spout off like some little boy who has been wounded emotionally.

If someone has to be on an online dating website for more than 2 hours per day, they have some serious issues.  What's wrong with this guy?  Is he so desperate to get an actual date that he wastes all of his time online?  This is why it's online so we can "weed" out all the weirdos like him.
