Letter to the Editor:
eHarmony's Lack of Customer Service Disgusting
I have never been so
disgusted with a dating site. For the past 9 days I have
been trying to get my password.
Since I joined, they
have only sent me one match and get this, he is far
away in Connecticut. I'm in Georgia. For the life of
me, I
cannot believe that in 2 weeks eHarmony could only
find one match for me.
I don't go onto the site much so
I've forgotten
my password and have requested it through their
site numerous times and have yet to receive it. You
call
this a quality dating site? I will take Match.com,
blackpeoplemeet.com and Yahoo!
Personals any day over this. I cannot believe
these people are getting away with ripping people
off like
this. I believe this is a way so they can keep
getting your money. If they continue sending you matches,
how will they make any money? I will NEVER recommend
this
site to anyone of my friends. They need to be investigated.
