Online Dating Experience 41
He Just Disappeared!
34 year old female
from Ohio
It was almost one year ago, when me and
my boyfriend ended our one year relationship. It was
a wonderful relationship, however one of those "I
love you, but I'm not in love with you" types.
Several months later, I decided to try and find someone
who
may be looking for the same things I may be looking
for.
So, I tried online dating. What an experience
this has been. The first guy I talked to It seemed
to be a hit off right away. We seemed to have everything
in common, and emailed for a couple of months. He
was the only one I was really talking to, since most
of
the men that were emailing me, seemed to be unappealing.
So, I went with it.
We talked on the phone for a
couple of times, and exchanged wonderful emails,
then, one day, out
of the clear blue sky... He just disappeared! Totally
deleted his account! I told him a lot of things
about myself that he really had no business knowing.
He
seemed to drill me with some very serious questions.
I guess
I was a little naive about how this process works.
Since he disappeared, I have gotten ridiculous
marriage proposals, stalkers, men that seem to want
to take
things too fast, and you name it! I am seriously
thinking of deleting my account on this site, and
trying a more
professional one. If that does not work, forget
it!
Maybe I should just forget the whole
guy thing and
give my love and attention to those who need
it the most. This magazine has been very insightful
about
what to look forward to. Blessings.
