Online Dating Lies - I Tested Him. He Failed
35 year old female
from Minnesota Well, I started seeing a guy about an
hour and a half away from me... in Superior, WI. Everything
seemed ok at first, except it seemed that he never
had any time for me. Yet, when I asked him, he invariably
told me that he wanted to see me more when his very
busy life settled down. Well, I did go to see him,
I knew he didn't have a wife or girlfriend living
with him. But something was amiss...
I checked to see
how often he was checking his personals ad (they
are so courteous to tell ya how often someone is
online there looking), and he was checking it a lot.
In fact,
I realized that he was on there more often that he
was talking to me. Red flag!
So I set out to find
out if he was a player, so I could eliminate him
as I deemed
necessary. So I set out to create a profile for
a girl with all the qualities I knew he liked in the
very
local area.
Within a couple weeks, he failed my
test
miserably... in other words, he took the bait
and got caught. Not only that, but he actually responded
to
my alter ego with a plagiarized version of the
very
same email he first sent me! I was pissed, but
glad I set it up. I know it sounds bad, and like
I was
playing a game myself, but I had to get the info
I needed in
order to either keep or eliminate him. It worked
very well.
