I wonder how I can improve my profile?
I have already posted a lot of different photos, checked
the grammar, added some good non cliches. All my letters
were optimistic, I made jokes, asked decent questions
about her, revealed something about me a bit. But out
of my 50 original letters to women of my age on match,
well... I got just one short reply. That can shake
anyone\'s hope and trust to the system of online dating:
no reply.
I understand the competition in the system here is
fierce: most likely each woman's profile receives
tons of letters from men, and that induces the thought
they can always find a man better, like in any market
where supply is many times higher than demands.
Anyhow, I am wondering what are the ways to make the
situation at least reasonable: 50 original letters
and just one tiny reply make anyone frustrated and
wants to quit online dating or switching to real one.
I even talked to my male friends who were involved
in online dating, not surprisingly they experienced
the same thing: women are not willing to reply or initiate
conversation. For instance, out of 2351 clicks a friends
got just two letters from women.
It is men who have a tough
time dating: they need to write an original letter
each time they email a woman. Men get all the discouraging "no
reply" answers. They do not discuss dating with
others out of some fear of being not masculine enough
or not in the mainstream who are successful in everything.

different type of online dating service for better
results. For example, are you on Match.com and
having no success? Then try eHarmony.com since
it's a completely different approach (and vice versa). Ideally,
you want to find a service that is drawing in more
women than men. Some services give women free months
and lifetime memberships in order to create a better
ration.
